Valentine's Dinner/Dance, February 13, 2010

Just a reminder about the Valentine's Dinner/Dance, Saturday, February 13th, 2010 at the Community Center in Poblado Delicias. Tickets are for sale now - $17.50 each. Remember, get your tickets early because they won't be sold at the door. We're having salad, Roast Loin of Pork with a glaze, steamed broccoli, mash potatoes, rolls, dessert - Death by Chocolate, & punch. Dust off those dancing shoes and get ready to rock & roll with the Vatos Locos Band. They rocked us last year & are returning to do it again!! Check with Judy Fraser, Jim Smith, or me about tickets. SOUTH CAMPOS BIBLE STUDY

The South Campos Bible Study will tackle the 10 commandments. We will be using the book: Losing Moses on the Freeway by Chris Hedges. Oprah Winfrey says, "At a time when the mere mention of religion can excite so much passion...and discord, Losing Moses on the Freeway offers sane and bracing ways to think about, and rethink, the whole subject of faith." Plan to join us on Monday, Feb 1 at 10:30 at the Community Center.
